Complete your notarization securely and online in minutes. All signers will need a valid government issued I.D., a device with a camera and microphone, and an email for confirmations. Price starts at $50.

  4. Once the form is received, a member of our team will contact you to schedule your remote online notarization appointment. If the document you submit cannot be executed by remote online notarization, a member of our team will contact you to schedule an initial consultation appointment with an attorney for legal services.
  5. Once the remote online notarization appointment has been scheduled, all signers will receive a link via email with instructions to register on our secure online platform and complete the identity verification process.
  6. At the scheduled appointment time, all signers will receive a notification via email to start the session recording. (Note: Do not sign the document before the recorded session begins. The document must be signed during the recorded session in the presence of the notary.)
  7. The online notarized document will be sent to all signers via email.
Some documents cannot be notarized online. The following documents shall not be executed by remote online notarization but are offered as a legal service which may be obtained by requesting an initial consultation appointment with an attorney:

  • Wills (Testaments) or codicils thereto

  • Trust instruments or acknowledgments thereof

  • Donations inter vivos

  • Matrimonial agreements or acknowledgments thereof

  • Acts modifying, waiving, or extinguishing an obligation of final spousal support or acknowledgments thereof

  • Authentic acts [LCC Art. 1833(A): An authentic act is a writing executed before a notary public or other officer authorized to perform that function, in the presence of two witnesses, and signed by each party who executed it, by each witness, and by each notary public before whom it was executed.]
