Gwendolyn Collins-Greenup

Owner and Managing Member

Gwendolyn Collins-Greenup is the owner and managing member of Greenup Law, L.L.C., a boutique law firm and title company based in Baton Rouge, serving clients throughout Louisiana. She is dedicated to helping clients protect their rights, property, and financial future. Her practice includes real estate, business, employment, estate planning and successions, personal injury, tax, and civil litigation in Louisiana state and federal courts.

Gwen graduated with honors from Southern University Law Center, where she served as a student attorney in the Low-Income Taxpayers' Clinic, earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Advanced Legal Writing, and obtained an Heirs' Property Certification. She also holds advanced degrees in accounting, human services counseling, and divinity from Liberty University. Gwen is past president of Baton Rouge Independent Title Attorneys, active in bar leadership, a 2021 LSBA LIFT Fellow, and was selected to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for 2026.
